Every president pardons people. Just because someone goes to jail doesn’t mean they are throw away garbage. People can reform so it’s good that some get pardoned as a chance to start over. After all, Obama let criminals out of Gitmo, Clinton pardons Marc Rich and convicted fugitive.

It’s very well documented that House Speaker Paul Ryan is still a supporter of President Trump. During a conference call, Paul Ryan told Republicans that the following:
“I am not going to defend Donald Trump—not now, not in the future.”
According to the Wall Street Journal, House Speaker Paul Ryan criticized President Donald Trump after he pardoned Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio.
Ryan’s spokesperson Doug Andres said the following. “The speaker does not agree with the decision. Law-enforcement officials have a special responsibility to respect the rights of everyone in the United States. We should not allow anyone to believe that responsibility is diminished by this pardon.”
Paul Ryan is a snake in the grass and is not fully behind Trump. It’s time to drain the swamp, y’all. We need Republicans that will back our elected President.
Look at what the GOP led House of Representatives did for the entire month of August. I’ll give you a hint: NOTHING.
Arpaio did something he believed needed to be done due to the inability of proper immigration enforcement by Federal authorities. When a judge ruled his pro-active policies a form of discrimination, no one can doubt the judge had his own leanings when making the ruling. So Trump did the only reasonable thing by pardoning him. It was the same with Ford’s pardon of Nixon, Carter’s pardon of draft dodgers, or Obama’s pardon of drug offenders. Most may not like the pardon, but it puts an end to the continued focus on Arpaio as opposed to the root problem he was embroiled in – ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION.
